Whether participants require support with using public transport or need assistance from a support worker during private travel, our services are tailored to meet each individual’s needs, preferences, and safety requirements. We prioritize punctuality, comfort, and accessibility, ensuring every journey is smooth and stress-free.

Our goal is to help individuals build confidence in their mobility, reduce barriers to community participation, and ensure they can engage fully in daily life—with dignity and peace of mind.

Assist-Travel/ Transport Include:

  • Medical and Therapy Appointments: Providing reliable transport to and from GP visits, specialist consultations, therapy sessions, or hospital check-ups.
  • Community and Social Outings: Supporting travel to social events, family gatherings, religious services, or recreational activities—encouraging community involvement and personal enjoyment.
  • Shopping and Errands: Assisting with trips to the supermarket, pharmacy, or other essential destinations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and comfort.
  • Education and Training Access: Helping participants travel to schools, vocational courses, or training centres to support learning and personal development.
  • Using Public Transport: Providing guidance and support for using buses, trams, or trains—including route planning, reading timetables, and safety awareness.
  • Mobility Support: Assisting individuals with limited mobility, including help with walking aids, wheelchairs, and transfers to and from vehicles.
